Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of golf carts and custom equipment, all sales are final once the transaction is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

New golf carts
Pre-owned / refurbished golf carts
Custom-built or special-order carts
Accessories and parts
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure inventory, parts, or custom work and cannot be returned once placed.

Custom Orders

Any golf cart or accessory that is custom ordered, modified, or built to customer specifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Accessories & Parts

Accessories and parts are non-refundable once installed or used.

Electrical components, batteries, chargers, and special-order parts are final sale.

Uninstalled accessories may be eligible for store credit only at management’s discretion and must be returned in brand-new, unused condition within 7 days of purchase.

Warranty Claims

Returns are not accepted for warranty-related issues.
If your purchase includes a manufacturer or dealer warranty, Acton Golf Cars will assist with warranty claims according to the warranty provider’s terms.

Shipping & Delivery Fees

All delivery, pickup, freight, and transportation fees are non-refundable, even if a warranty claim is approved.

Damage or Issues at Delivery

Customers must inspect their golf cart at the time of delivery or pickup.
Any concerns must be reported before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be:

Approved by management

Documented in writing

Agreed upon prior to purchase
