What a wonderful experience we had at Acton golf cart and battery, and it was because of David Bustamante. David is a very special kind of sales guy because you do not get the feeling like you are being “sold“. He behaved as if he were a friend of ours, and my husband and I were both very pleased and impressed with his no pressure, friendly, informative and patient demeanor. We felt like we had all the time we wanted to drive the different carts without feeling any kind of pressure all the while getting our questions answered in depth. We wish every sales experience could be like the one we received at Acton Golf Car and battery from David Bustamante!!

Recently needed service on my cart for a bad sensor. I am an hour out. Called ahead. They were ready for me when I arrived. Ran a test and repaired my cart on the trailer! Was in and out in 30 min.! Incredible service! Thanks you guys!

Action Golf Carts provided exceptional service! Cameron was beyond amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’m located four hours away and was referred to Action Golf Carts for help with a charger issue. Cameron took the time to message with me, discuss my options, and try to help me find the charger I needed. Unfortunately, the charger I originally needed is no longer being manufactured, but Cameron found a second option. Since I’m so far away, he even contacted another shop closer to me and is willing to work with them to help me find an alternative charging solution for my golf cart. He could have simply said, “Sorry, we can’t help,” but instead, he went above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his time, knowledge, and willingness to help. Cameron is truly a gem! Bought an EZGO LSV from David. Fantastic person and great company to deal with. Upfront with their price with no hidden fees or details. They delivered the cart to the house. About a week after delivery, the cart roof rattled a little. I called David and he came out to the house and made adjustments. The cart runs great. Would definitely recommend them! Great job!

It is a great experience working with both David and Cameron on acquiring a newer cart. David answered all our questions, and personally delivered the new cart, and picked up our trade-in. Acton Golf car (Cameron) has been exceptional. We’ve bought tires-wheels, had service /repairs done on previous golf cars and recently bought a car from Cameron! They are fair on their prices, very responsive to inquiries and little technical issues, and always have accessories when asked for. Highly recommend Acton Golf car!!!

My sincere professional apologies to this business for the one star review that has been removed from the Acton Golf profile that was originally posted by myself around a year 1/2 ago due to a emotional /personal issue that I was dealing with at the time. A business transaction was never made by me or any of my affiliates from this business. Eventually I will make a in person formal apology to Jake the owner of the business in a effort to reclaim professionalism. Jake is a great business man /owner and his staff / Cameron is hands down one of the more knowledgeable people I know when it comes to Golf carts. My relationship was with Cameron and the previous owners. Again it was a personal approach I took against Jake being the new owner and by his decision to step away from our company services & for that I made it a purpose to leave a personal negative review. I'm definitely not a fan of eating crow and I've grown to realize that sometimes in business regardless of how great your products and services are..."there is always another opportunity that's more important than what you believe it to be."

Acton Golf Carts takes care of their customers. Recently Yamaha carts had a recall on a small item. They came out and set up a repair site in 2 places here in Pecan Plantation. All you had to do was drive your cart up there and it was fixed in about 10 minutes! We have purchased 2 carts from Cameron at Acton Golf Carts and would not consider going anywhere else. Knowledge and customer service is outstanding!

I had trouble getting lug nuts off my Yamaha until I was informed I needed a special socket. They had one instantly and offered to loan it or sell it. I opted to buy it. They were very helpful.
